Sandy Bottom Kids’ Romper

Construction:

You will knit this halter neck romper from the top down. First, you will work the front flat, increasing on each side to shape armholes. Then, you will cast on stitches for the back and work the piece in the round.

You will shape the back with German Short Rows. After dividing for legs, you will knit each leg in the round and finish them with the applied I-Cord method. A casing is then worked around the upper back to enclose the I-cord tie that you will knit separately.
